We don’t always eat to satisfy physical hunger. We often turn to food as an unconscious response to tough emotions.

As a certified Professional Food Addiction Coach, I specialize in helping individuals navigate their relationship with food, emotions and self-care. My goal is to empower you to develop healthier habits, cultivate a positive mindset and foster a balanced lifestyle.

My approach is centered on helping clients to identify and address underlying emotional triggers that lead to unhealthy eating habits. We will work to develop mindfulness around what situations, emotions and environments trigger emotional eating.

Once we’ve identified your triggers, we will work to find alternate coping mechanisms and strategies for un-learning problematic, automatic responses to emotions and life’s stressors.

When we begin to take notice of how we feel when we eat, we are better able to understand and process the full range of experiences that accompany eating behaviors. Learning to use this information to connect with your body’s natural signals around hunger can be the key to breaking disordered eating patterns and can transform your relationship with food.

After turning around my own unhealthy relationship with food, with substantial health complications, I discovered the root cause of my emotional eating habits through developing mindfulness around my emotions and cultivating self understanding on a deeper level.

Constantly Fighting An Uphill Battle?

If you are living with a chronic illness, you already know how difficult it can be to manage on a day-to-day basis. You may look fine, however you may feel as though you’re constantly fighting an uphill battle. It’s hard to be positive and productive when you’re exhausted or in pain.


Maybe you have “mystery symptoms” or a cluster of symptoms that don’t fit neatly into a diagnostic box. Maybe you’ve been to several doctors and specialists, have had labs that “look great” but still don’t feel well. I have years of experience of navigating the process of figuring out the root cause of various seemingly ambiguous symptoms. I help you find the puzzle pieces and how they all might fit together.


I have been where you are. I have personally navigated the grief, overwhelm and challenges. Working with me as your chronic illness coach, you’ll have support and guidance from a professional who has walked in your shoes. I will work with you to develop coping strategies, help you discover resources and help you prepare for and understand your Doctor’s appointments.


One of the most important services I provide to my chronically ill clients is to listen. I hold space for you. I believe you. I believe IN you. I provide a safe space for you to process your experience.
